Where are you located?
We are located at 190 W. Evans Street in downtown Florence SC. Our storefront is located at the corner of Evans St. and Irby St.
What is the process for getting my device repaired?
If you bring your device to our location during the operating hours, we can assess your device and give you an estimate on the price and time it would take to complete the repair.
How long does a repair take?
The length depends on the specific repair. Most iPhone repairs can be competed in less than two hours and iPads in one business day. These times vary on the specific repair and the amount of repairs in process.
I don’t see my device listed on your site. Can you repair other devices?
We are constantly adding new repairs to the pricing lists. If you don’t see your device/ repair on our list, try our Contact page to get a quote from a technician. You can always come by the store to get a quote as well!
Do these repairs void the warranty on my phone?
Yes, all third party work done to any device voids the manufacturer warranty. Our service agreement has more information about the warranty we offer with our repairs.
Do you have a warranty on the repairs you do?
Yes, all repairs come with a 60 day warranty which starts when the repair is completed. This covers any parts that were replaced in the repair. If due to another incident the same issue arises (ex: the screen breaks again) any subsequent repairs of the same issue on a particular device will be repaired at a discounted rate.
My phone is water damaged. What do I do?
